Random Thoughts: Week of November 1-7, 2010

(1) Watching your hometown baseball team win the World Series brings about indescribable feelings. To anyone who doubted that San Francisco is a baseball city, let this week’s accomplishment be a testament to our faithfulness as fans and our enthusiasm. Last night marked one of the best moments of my life. The San Francisco Giants won the World Series with a final strikeout. The Beard pitched the last strike, which marked a fitting end to The Freak’s stellar performance for most of the game.
